If you think you entered the correct username and password and the notice still appeared, check the following:
Make sure that you were typing in the correct language (Hebrew/English)
Check that the Caps Lock key is not in use.
Remember that passwords and usernames are Case Sensitive, so if you used capital letters in your original password and username you must use them when you log in.(Adi ≠
adi).
If you forgot your password and you are an individual user , go to the
"Forgot your password?" page and the password will be sent to the e-mail address you gave to us when you subscribed to Galim.
